Meet Lianne
Lianne moved to Westport in 2015, where she built her family’s home and went on to found Simple Plan Home Builders. With a background in NYC working on new development projects at one of the city’s largest real estate firms, she now leads the sale and marketing of Simple Plan’s spec homes. She also studied interior design at the New York School of Interior Design, sharpening her eye for thoughtful, modern living spaces.

Brittany has called Westport home since 2005 and brings a deep understanding of the local market and community. Her longstanding presence in Fairfield County provides valuable insight into its neighborhoods, schools, and overall lifestyle.
She began her career in California, working with investment property acquisitions and sales, where she developed a strong foundation in negotiation strategy and deal execution.
Known for her results-driven approach, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional interpersonal instincts, Brittany focuses on listings while representing buyers with a high level of attention, discretion, and professionalism. She is committed to delivering a seamless experience and achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
